Build your first Claude Code agent in 60 minutes.

Build something that actually runs in your business. Bring one repetitive task you're sick of. Leave with the agent that handles it.

What I made from one Claude Code agent in six months.

Different niches. Different businesses. Same shape of result. Straight from the people I work with every week.

Everyone's chasing the new features, but nobody actually knows what they're doing.

Every week there's a new Claude Code release and a hundred new tutorials breaking it down. I open my feed and see thousands of people talking about Claude Code, almost none of them actually building anything that runs in their business on Monday morning.

I was the same for the first six months. I watched the videos, I read the docs, and I tried what everyone tells you to try: Zapier flows that broke the second a field name changed, ChatGPT prompts saved in a doc I'd forget about by Wednesday, a Notion dashboard that turned into a graveyard.

Then I stopped chasing features and built one real agent for the recurring task I was sickest of. It took a two-line note from a sales call and sent the 200-word follow-up in my voice while I was still on the next call. Then I built another one for inbox triage, then one for daily metrics, then one that turns any YouTube video into a 2,000-word SEO blog post, then one that builds the pre-call brief for every sales call from the CRM.

Build the agent once. Never do that task by hand again.

That's the entire shift. You stop watching people talk about Claude Code and start using it the way it's supposed to be used: as the thing that quietly handles the work you used to do on a Tuesday afternoon, so you don't have to.

You're not capped by effort. You're capped by attention.

You already work hard. That's not the problem. The problem is that every recurring task in your business still runs through your head: the inbox triage, the metrics report, the lead follow-up, the content drafts, the same fifteen repetitive jobs that take a Tuesday afternoon, every Tuesday afternoon.

So you have two ceilings. The first is your calendar, because there are 24 hours in it and you need to sleep in some of them. The second is your attention, because the strategy and the offers that actually move the business only happen when you have a clear head, and you almost never have a clear head because you spent the morning doing the same fifteen recurring jobs you did last Monday.

An agent built right takes one of those jobs off your plate forever. Build five of them, and your Tuesday afternoon is yours again.

Who this is for.

This is for you if

  • You're a coach, consultant, creator, operator or founder still doing the recurring jobs in your business by hand.
  • You'd rather build the fix yourself than wait around for someone else to do it.
  • You've watched the Claude Code videos and read the docs, and you're still not sure what to actually build first.
  • You want a thinking process you can use on every future automation, not another tutorial that teaches you one shiny thing.

This is not for you if

  • You're looking for a "make money with AI" pitch. This is operator work.
  • You want a passive replay you can half-watch on 2x while doing the dishes. There isn't one at this price.
  • You want another tutorial that teaches you the latest Claude Code feature. This is the opposite of that.
  • You think AI is a phase. Cool. Skip it.

I'm Tom Crawshaw.

Tom Crawshaw

I'm Tom. For the last 8 years I've built automation systems for business owners across private aviation, construction, marketing agencies, and ecommerce. More recently, AI agents.

I've helped my clients make over $25 million through automation.

Before any of that, I was the guy doing the work by hand. Sales calls back-to-back, writing the same emails over and over, telling myself the next hire would fix it. The next hire never did.

The agents did.

Here's the math working against you this week.

You have somewhere between five and fifteen recurring jobs in your business that should be agents by now: inbox triage, lead follow-up, daily metrics, the content drafts in your voice, the pre-call brief, the weekly client update.

How many of them did you actually build last month?

If you're honest, none of them. They're still on the list, the list keeps getting longer, and the Tuesday afternoon doing them by hand keeps showing up week after week.

That's not a discipline problem. That's a thinking problem. You don't need another feature tutorial. You need a process for turning a recurring job into a working agent.

One agent built right takes a recurring job off your plate forever. The process I'm teaching you in this workshop builds the next one in an afternoon.

Save my seat for $1.

Live on Zoom. No replay. No recording. You show up, you build the agent, you leave with it running.

The guarantee.

If you show up live, follow the build along with me, and leave the 60 minutes without a working Claude Code agent solving a real task in your business, email me. I'll refund your dollar and send you another one for the inconvenience.

I can't guarantee what happens after the workshop. That part is on you. But I can guarantee what happens inside the 60 minutes, because I'll be the one building it with you.

You have three options from here.

01

Close this tab.

Open it again in three months when the same fifteen recurring jobs are still on your plate, in your head, and on your Tuesday afternoon.

02

Try to figure it out alone.

Watch a few more YouTube videos. Read the docs again. Get most of the way there and then quietly stop, because the last 20% is where everyone gets stuck without a thinking process to lean on.

03

Spend a dollar.

Show up Monday at 11am ET. Leave at noon with a working Claude Code agent handling the recurring job you brought in.

I'm doing the workshop either way.

Monday morning is going to happen whether you book or not. The only thing that changes is whether you spend it building the agent, or doing the same recurring jobs you did last Monday, and the Monday before that.

For a dollar you get 60 minutes with me on Zoom, the first agent built for your business, and the process you'll use to build the next ten yourself.

I'd take that trade.
