Privacy Policy.

We don't sell your data. We don't trade it. We don't do anything weird with it. This page tells you exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it back or delete it.

Who we are.

AI Architects is a brand operated by Email Alchemy LLC, a Colorado limited liability company owned by Thomas Crawshaw. Registered address: 1090 S Wadsworth Blvd, Unit C #3099, Lakewood, CO 80226, USA. When this page says "we", "us" or "the site", that's who we mean. The site lives at theaiarchitects.com. If you have any privacy questions, email tom@theaiarchitects.com.

What we collect.

We try to collect as little as possible. Here's what actually hits our systems:

  • Things you give us directly. Your name and email when you sign up for the Blueprint, the newsletter, the 30-day Challenge, mentorship, or any other form on the site. If you apply for mentorship we may also collect your business URL, role, and any answers you write into the application.
  • Things we get automatically. Standard analytics events, the pages you visited, the buttons you clicked, the device and browser you used, your approximate location (city or region from IP), and UTM parameters from the link that brought you here.
  • Payment info. If you buy something, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We do see the email address, name, country, and a transaction ID associated with the purchase.
  • Cookies. Small text files used to remember you between visits. More on this below.

How we use it.

We use your data to do four things and nothing else:

  1. Send you what you asked for. The Blueprint. The newsletter. The thing you bought. The reminder for the call you booked.
  2. Send you marketing emails about the Challenge, mentorship, new posts, and offers we think are useful. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email at any time.
  3. Improve the site. Which pages are working. Which posts people read. Which CTAs convert. Which ones don't.
  4. Run the business. Tax records, customer support, fraud prevention, and the legal stuff we're obliged to do.

Our legal basis under GDPR is a mix of consent (when you opt in to marketing), contract (when you buy something), and legitimate interest (basic analytics, fraud prevention, business operations).

Who we share it with.

We don't sell your data and we don't rent it. We do use a small set of trusted tools to run the site. They each get the minimum they need:

  • Beehiiv. Hosts our email list and sends our newsletter and marketing emails. They receive your name, email, and engagement data (opens, clicks).
  • PostHog. Our product analytics. They receive anonymous and pseudonymous events: pages visited, buttons clicked, device info, approximate location, and the UTM parameters that referred you.
  • Sanity. The CMS we use to publish blog posts and case studies. They store content, not your personal data.
  • Stripe. Payment processor. They handle all card data directly. We get back a transaction record.
  • Vercel. Hosts the site. Standard server logs apply (IP address, request time, page served).
  • Google & Zoom. If you book a call or join a workshop, we use Google Calendar and Zoom for scheduling and delivery.

If we ever bring on another tool that handles your personal data, we'll list it here. We may also disclose data if legally required, or if necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Where your data lives.

Most of our tools are US-based. If you're in the UK or EU, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where applicable, our processors operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We keep your data only for as long as we need it: marketing data until you unsubscribe, customer data for as long as legally required for tax and accounting (typically seven years), and analytics data on a rolling window.

Your rights.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what we have on file about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Stop sending you marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just ask.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis.

If you're in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA. To exercise any right, email tom@theaiarchitects.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies + tracking.

We use a handful of cookies and similar technologies. The essentials keep the site working (sessions, authentication, fraud checks). The analytics cookies help us understand which pages and campaigns are doing their job. We don't run ad-network retargeting pixels by default. If that ever changes, this page will say so.

You can block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing that may break parts of the site that rely on them.

Affiliate links.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we actually use ourselves. Current affiliate partnerships include n8n (workflow automation) and Hostinger (VPS hosting). If we ever add another affiliate relationship, we'll list it here. Affiliate income never changes our editorial opinion. If we don't rate a tool, we don't link to it.

Children.

This site is built for adults running real businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy.

If we change anything material on this page, we'll update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, send you a heads-up by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you're good with the update.

Contact us about your data.
