Who's behind this site.
The site at theaiarchitects.com is operated by Email Alchemy LLC, a Colorado limited liability company owned by Thomas Crawshaw. Registered address: 1090 S Wadsworth Blvd, Unit C #3099, Lakewood, CO 80226, USA. "We", "us", "our" and "AI Architects" on this page mean Email Alchemy LLC. You can reach us at tom@theaiarchitects.com.
What this site is.
AI Architects is a marketing site for our educational products and advisory services around Claude Code, AI tooling, and shipping software inside real businesses. That includes our free Blueprint, our paid 30-day Challenge, our Mentorship program, blog posts, videos, and any other thing we publish here. Buying any of those comes with its own offer page and, where relevant, its own additional terms.
Use of the website.
You can read the site, share links, and quote short snippets with attribution. What you can't do:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the content.
- Use the site or any of its content to train AI models or build competing products without our written permission.
- Try to break, probe, or interfere with the site (DDoS, brute force, vulnerability scanning without authorization, that kind of thing).
- Use it to do anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
- Pretend to be us, a member of our team, or a customer of ours.
You need to be at least 18 to use the site or buy anything from it. If we believe you're abusing the site or violating these terms, we can suspend or terminate your access without notice.
Accounts and access.
When you buy a product, register for the Challenge, or join a Mentorship cohort, we may give you access to private content, community channels, or a member portal. That access is personal and non-transferable. Don't share your login. Don't forward our paid material to non-customers. If we find duplicate logins or shared content, we'll close the account.
Purchases + refunds.
Prices on the site are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and any local fees may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Once a transaction is approved, we send you a confirmation email and unlock access to whatever you bought.
Refund policy depends on the product:
- The 30-Day Challenge. Show up to all four live calls, complete the interactive course material, and still can't point at a working build at the end of 30 days? You get a full refund of every penny. No argument. The conditions are simple because the bar is simple: do the work, get the result, or get your money back.
- Mentorship. Same shape as the Challenge. Show up to all the live calls in the first 30 days, do the work, and still don't have a working build to point at? Email us and we'll refund every penny. After the 30-day mark, no refunds — we've held a seat and delivered the program.
- Other products. Refund terms appear on the relevant offer page at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks without first contacting us are treated as a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access.
Results disclaimer.
We share case studies, testimonials, and results from real customers. They're real, but they're not a promise. Building software inside a business depends on your specific situation: what you sell, who you have, what you ship. We don't guarantee any specific revenue, savings, hires saved, or business outcome. Anything we publish is education and opinion, not financial, legal, or tax advice.
Intellectual property.
Everything we publish on the site (text, video, audio, images, downloads, code samples, course material, and the AI Architects name and marks) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that material to learn and to build inside your own business. You can use the code we give you in your own projects. You can't resell, repackage, publicly redistribute, or train AI models on our content.
If you submit feedback, ideas, testimonials, or content to us (including in calls, community channels, or replies), you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it across our marketing and products, with attribution where reasonable.
Third-party tools and links.
We teach how to use tools we don't own (Claude, n8n, Airtable, Stripe, Vercel, GitHub, and so on). Those tools have their own terms, pricing, and reliability. We're not responsible for what they do, their billing, their outages, their feature changes, or anything else outside our control. Same goes for any third-party site we link to.
Affiliate links.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Current affiliate partnerships include n8n (workflow automation) and Hostinger (VPS hosting). We only recommend tools we use ourselves. Affiliate income never changes our editorial opinion: if we don't rate a tool, we don't link to it. Any new affiliate relationship will be added to this page and to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability.
The site and everything on it are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of your use of the site or our products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if you haven't paid us anything.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law (for example, fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).
Indemnity.
If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the site or our products (including violating these terms, infringing someone else's rights, or breaking the law), you agree to defend and indemnify us against that claim and any related costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to a different venue.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when. If we make a material change, we'll let active customers know by email. Continued use of the site or our products after the change means you accept the update.
